FIG. 6 is a right side view thereof, the left side view thereof being a mirror image;

FIG. 7 is a sectional view thereof taken on line 7--7 of FIG. 2 showing no illustration of inside mechanism;

FIG. 8 is a rear perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a referential perspective view thereof.

The broken lines shown in the drawings illustrate portions of the design and environmental structure. None of the broken lines forms part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a battery charger with solar-cell, as shown and described.
