FIG. 8 is a front side view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a back side view thereof, the front side view being a mirror image of the back side view; and,

FIG. 10 is a front side view of the headphone positioning device in use with a headphone and cable assembly, the broken line showing a headphone and cable is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

FIG. 11 is a front side view of the headphone positioning device and showing a headphone and cable, the broken line showing the headphone and cable is shown for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
