The broken lines showing the inner rectangles on FIG. 5 form no part of the claimed design.

The two horizontal broken lines on the interior of FIGS. 1 and 5 represent locations for folding the unclaimed article and form no part of the claimed design.

The broken line showing of the word "INDICIA" depicts environmental subject matter and forms no part of the claimed design.
