FIG. 4 is a view in elevation of the lid assembly of FIG. 1 along line 4--4 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is another view in elevation of the lid assembly of FIG. 1 along line 5--5 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is another view in elevation of the lid assembly of FIG. 1 along line 6--6 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 7 is a top perspective view of the lid assembly with the sliding member thereof in its open position;

FIG. 8 is a top perspective view of the cover element of the lid assembly of this invention; and,

FIG. 9 is a top view of the cover element of FIG. 8.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a lid assembly with a reclosable drink opening, substantially as shown and described.
