FIG. 2 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view illustrating the elastic child safety belt of FIGS. 1 through 6 in a coupled position.

The broken line showing of buckle members in the figures is included for the purpose of illustrating environment and forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for an elastic child safety belt, as shown and described.
