FIG. 6 is a right side view thereof, the left side view being a mirror image of FIG. 6.

The lighter contrast of an automobile in the photograph of FIG. 3 is shown to illustrate environment and forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for rear portion of an automobile and/or toy replica thereof, as shown and described.
