FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a mirror image perspective view of the view shown in FIG. 7.

Broken-lines showings of other elements of a stroller cart, which elements include a foldable child seat, a knob on a push handle, a lower tray and casters, are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
