FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view, showing a holder in broken lines; and,

FIG. 9 is a perspective view, showing placement in the holder of FIG. 8 in broken lines.

The broken lines in FIGS. 8 and 9 are included for the purpose of illustrating a holder and form no part of the claimed design.
