FIG. 7 is a rear view of FIG. 5; and,

FIG. 8 is a side view of FIG. 5.

The broken line showing of bristles in FIGS. 1, 2, 4 6, and 8 are included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure which forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a power toothbrush with charger base, substantially as shown and described.
