FIG. 2 is rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevation view thereof, the other side being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof, the other end being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a cross section taken generally along line 6--6 of FIG. 3;

FIG. 7 is a front perspective view of a louver used in the cover of FIGS. 1 to 6 shown separately for clarity of illustration; and,

FIG. 8 is a rear perspective view of the louver of FIG. 7.

CLAIM The ornamental design for an exhaust vent cover, as shown and described.
