FIG. 6 is a top view of the footwear shown in FIG. 1.

The broken line showing of a sole, heel, heel cap, buckle, buckle holes and portion of strap is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The dotted lines other than those representing the sole and laces are understood to represent stitching.
