FIG. 6 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing another embodiment of a "handle with base for cleaning implement" incorporating the design;

FIG. 9 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a side view thereof;

FIG. 12 is another side view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a front view thereof; and,

FIG. 14 is a rear view thereof.

The phantom lines showing the bristles of the cleaning implement in FIGS. 1 to 14 depict the environment of our new design and form no part of the claimed design. The dotted area of the set shown in FIGS. 8 to 14 indicates that the area has different surface pattern and/or ornament.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a handle with base for cleaning implement, as shown and described.
