FIG. 7 is a rear, top perspective view thereof, shown with a cap exploded for ease of illustration.

The broken lines showing of the circular boundaries in FIGS. 1 2 and 7, the square in FIG. 3, and the USB port in FIG. 7 are for the purpose of illustrating unclaimed portions and form no part of the design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a wireless transmitting and receiving device, as shown and described.
