FIG. 5 is a right side elevation thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is another bottom plan view thereof showing the environmental structure in an alternate position; and,

FIG. 9 is another left side elevation view thereof showing the environmental structure in an alternate position.

The broken lines in the drawings located on the two bone block assemblies are included for the purpose of defining the boundaries of the claimed subject matter and form no part of the claimed design. The other broken lines are included for the purpose of illustrating environmental subject matter and form no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a set of orthopedic bone block assemblies, as shown and described.
