FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view of one side thereof;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view of the opposite side thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The broken line showings of the arc-shaped area with sectioned circular element in FIGS. 1 2 and 4 6 depict environmental subject matter only and form no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for an input device for a vehicle control panel, as shown and described.
