FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a facemask with the facemask insert installed over the mouth and cheek portion of the mask shown in dashed lines. The dashed lines in the drawings are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a facemask insert with front tooth blocks and smile line ridges, as shown and described.
