FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along line 4--4 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an exploded alternate view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is an exploded second alternate view thereof.
