FIG. 6 is a bottom view of the catheter information clip shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 7 is a proximal end view of the catheter information clip shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 8 is a distal end view of the catheter information clip shown in FIG. 1.

A catheter and a catheter clamp thereon are shown in phantom in FIG. 1 and are not part of the invention claimed, and are shown to give meaning to the invention claimed.
