FIG. 1 is a front elevational view showing my new design for the football handheld noisemaker with its halves joined;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof, the top plan view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is an elevational view of the concave side of one half of the football hand-held noisemaker;

FIG. 4 is a right elevational view of FIGS. 1 and 2, the left elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an elevational view showing the design in use; and,

FIG. 7 is a plan view of my design being carried by the user.

The broken lines are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the noisemaker and its environment that form no part of the claimed design.
