FIG. 6 is a front plan view of the design shown in FIG. 5;

FIG. 7 is a top view of the design shown in FIG. 5; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom view of the design shown in FIG. 5.

CLAIM I claim the ornamental design for a handheld fan, as shown and described.
