FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front perspective view of a dispensing nozzle and cap and bottle assembly showing our new design in accordance with another embodiment, the rear perspective view is a mirror image thereof:

CLAIM What is claimed is the ornamental design for a dispensing nozzle and cap and bottle assembly, substantially as shown and described.
