FIG. 1 is a front right side perspective view of my new design of a display and basket storage device;

FIG. 2 is a back right side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a back elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof.

The phantom lines in FIGS. 1 and 2 of a brake plate and actuators and of baskets held in the display and basket storage device are for purposes of illustration and form no part of the claimed design.
