FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the case with stand for an MP3 player device showing our new design and wherein the stand is moved to a condition for supporting the case in a upright condition;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the FIG. 1 case shown from an alternative angle;

FIG. 3 is front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a back view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof, the right side thereof being a mirror image;

FIG. 6 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the case with stand of FIG. 1 wherein the stand is moved to a stored condition;

FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the FIG. 8 case shown from an alternative angle;

FIG. 10 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a back view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a left side view thereof, the right side view thereof being a mirror image;

FIG. 13 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 14 is a bottom view thereof.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a case with stand for an MP3 player device, as shown and described.
