Description

FIG. 1 is a top and front perspective view of the plastic container illustrating a storage cavity defined by a bottom, first and second opposing side walls, and third and fourth opposing side walls of the plastic container;

FIG. 2 is a bottom and back perspective view of the plastic container illustrating a flange extending away from the bottom of the plastic container, the flange being a stacking feature;

FIG. 3 is a top view of the plastic container of FIG. 1 illustrating the convex shape (i.e., outward bowing) of the opposing side walls as the walls extend from a rectangular edge defined along the intersection of the walls with the bottom (e.g. with four straight side edges) toward the top;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the plastic container of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a front view of the plastic container of FIG. 1 illustrating in part an outwardly flared lip proximate an opening into the storage cavity in the top of the plastic container;

FIG. 6 is a back view of the plastic container of FIG. 1 showing the side opposite that shown in FIG. 7;

FIG. 7 is a side view of the plastic container of FIG. 1 illustrating the increasing outward bowing of the opposing sidewalls as the sidewalls progress further away from the bottom and get closer to the top of the plastic container;

FIG. 8 is a side view of the plastic container of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 9 is an exploded top and front view of the plastic container of FIG. 1 beneath a lid shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design or a specified embodiment thereof, the lid spaced apart from the plastic container by further broken lines extending between corners of the lid and the plastic container to represent the exploded nature of the plastic container and the lid, the further broken lines also for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design or a specified embodiment thereof;

FIG. 10 is a top view of the plastic container of FIG. 1 when the lid is seated thereon, the lid biasing the opposing side walls inwardly relative to the opposing side walls shown in FIG. 3, the lid further including a recess formed in a top surface; and,

FIG. 11 is a front view of one of the plastic containers of FIG. 1, shown in broken lines to provide environment, stacked upon another of the plastic containers of FIG. 1 such that the flange shown in FIG. 2 is seated within the recess in the lid shown in FIG. 10.

Claims

CLAIM I claim the ornamental design for the plastic container, as shown and described.
