FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of FIG. 1, the only difference being the indentation in the cap, it being understood that all other surfaces except the top plan view are the same as those of the first embodiment; and,

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of FIG. 6.
