The broken line showing of the exercise apparatus in FIG. 1 is included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM We claim the ornamental design for a pair of horizontal weight arm assemblies for an exercise apparatus, as shown and described.
