FIG. 12 is a top plan view of a second modified embodiment thereof;

FIG. 13 is a left elevation view there of, the right elevation being a mirror image;

FIG. 14 is a front elevation view thereof; and,

The broken line showing of the child's safety seat and the strap clips is included for the purpose of illustrating environment and forms no part of the claimed design.
