FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of one side thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front perspective view of a shoe showing a second embodiment of my new design of a portion of a shoe upper;

FIG. 5 is a rear perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view of one side thereof.

The broken line showing immediately adjacent to the shaded area, including the broken line showing that surrounds the 18 unshaded areas within the shaded area, represents an unclaimed boundary of the design. The broken line showing of the remainder of the shoe is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a portion of a shoe upper, as shown and described.
