The design is characterized by the rippled bottom surfaces of the container and the cap which present the appearance of rippling waves of water. The broken lines shown in the figures are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM What is claimed is the ornamental design for a combined cosmetic container and cap, substantially as shown and described.
