The broken lines immediately adjacent to the shaded areas in FIGS. 1-4 represent unclaimed boundaries of the design. The broken lines that depict the remainder of the shoe upper and the shoe sole in FIGS. 1-4 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
