FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a back elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view, the left side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is an enlarged, cross-sectional, partial view taken along line 7--7 of FIG. 2 to show the features of the invention.

The phantom lines in FIG. 1 illustrate the environment of the new design and form no part of the claimed invention.
