FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereto; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof in use.

The broken line showing of portions of a strap, a pipe, and a mounting bracket is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for an element of a cable tie strap, as shown and described.
