FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a membrane lid having a recessed portion according to the present invention shown in a container environment;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the membrane lid shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of the membrane lid shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a left elevational view of the membrane lid shown in FIG. 1, the right elevational view is a mirror image of the left plan view;

FIG. 5, is a rear elevational view of the membrane lid shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view of the membrane lid shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged left cross-sectional view of the membrane lid shown in FIG. 2, taken along line 7-7; and,

FIG. 8 is an enlarged partial perspective view of a portion of the membrane lid shown in FIG. 1.

The broken lines consisting of a long dash and a dot---- in FIGS. 1 and 2 represent the bounds of the claim and all other broken lines are for illustrative purposes only. None of the broken lines form a part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a membrane lid having a recessed portion, as shown and described.
