FIG. 3 is a top perspective view of the foldable support device unassembled;

FIG. 4 is a bottom perspective view thereof the foldable support device unassembled; and,

FIG. 5 is a side view of the foldable support device folded in half.

The bingo card is shown with broken lines and is not part of the invention.
