FIG. 3 is an enlarged side view of a distal portion of the shaft of the endoscope of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged top view of a distal portion of the shaft of the endoscope of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is an enlarged bottom view of a distal portion of the shaft of the endoscope of FIG. 1.

In FIGS. 3-5, portions of the endoscope being eliminated for ease of illustration.
