FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a horizontally-mounted, weatherproof, while-in-use, electrical receptacle cover assembly showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view similar to that of FIG.1, wherein the receptacle box shown in phantom is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a horizontally-mounted, weatherproof, while-in-use, electrical receptacle cover assembly, as shown and described.
