The appearance of the lace as shown in FIGS. 1-6; the lace end keeper as shown in FIGS. 1-2 and 4; the lace pull and the lace locking mechanism as shown in FIGS. 1-6; and the outsole as shown in FIGS. 1-6 are presented in broken line format and form no part of the claimed invention.
