FIG. 3 is a rear end view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an opposing side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 8 is an enlarged front end view of a closed ratchet handle shown without any environmental structure;

FIG. 9 is a rear end view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a side view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 12 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken lines illustrated in FIGS. 1-7, 9, and 11 represent environmental structure, which is not considered a part of the claimed design.
