FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof in its flattened condition with the broken lines representing crease lines;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof in folded condition;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof in folded condition; and,

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof in unfolded condition, the bottom plan view in unfolded condition being the mirror image thereof.
