FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the same programmable touch screen thermostat as shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 6 is front perspective view of a programmable touch screen thermostat of my design.

FIG. 7 is a front view of the same programmable touch screen thermostat as shown in FIG. 6.

FIG. 8 is a top view of the same programmable touch screen thermostat as shown in FIG. 6.

FIG. 9 is a right or left side view of the same programmable touch screen thermostat as shown in FIG. 6; and,

The rear view of the programmable touch screen thermostat of my design is a flat plate or open to electrical components. The rear view is not part of my design.
