FIG. 7 is a front elevation view thereof, showing the cover open at a right angle;

FIG. 8 is a rear elevation view thereof, showing the cover open at a right angle;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view thereof, showing the cover open at a right angle;

FIG. 10 is a right side elevation view thereof, showing the cover open at a right angle, the left side being a mirror image of FIG. 10;

FIG. 11 is a top plan view thereof, showing the cover open at an obtuse angle;

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view thereof, showing the cover open at an obtuse angle; and,

FIG. 13 is a perspective view, as viewed from the top left side thereof, showing the cover open at a right angle.
