FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a frame and runner elements showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a right-side view thereof, the left-side view being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof, the rear view being identical; and,

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof, wherein the broken line showing of uppermost horizontal frame members have been removed for clarity.

The generally straight and curved broken lines in the drawings form no part of the claimed design. The wavy, broken cut-lines in the drawings indicate the bounds of the claimed subject matter.
