Personal electronic communications device

Description

The personal electronic communications device is carried or worn, attached by a lanyard in portrait or landscape positions, or by a lapel clip, by an individual such as a guard, doctor or social worker in a potentially hazardous/risky situation. An identification card can be inserted through a slot in the right side to extend across the front.

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a right side view thereof.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a personal electronic communications device, as shown and described.
