FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the electrical outlet having a ground fault circuit interrupter shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a front view of the electrical outlet having a ground fault circuit interrupter shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a right side view of the electrical outlet having a ground fault circuit interrupter shown in FIG. 1;

CLAIM The ornamental design for an electrical outlet having a ground fault circuit interrupter, as shown and described.
