FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

I claim the ornamental design for a contact lens holder having rotating caps with viewing lenses and number indicia for tracking days of usage, as shown and described.
