FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of one embodiment of a swing lock report cover with opaque backing shown with the swing lock closed and showing my new design, the swing lock being shown in broken lines to illustrate the design in condition of use and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is left-side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right-side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is an elevational view of the inside thereof, shown in an open condition;

FIG. 8 is an elevational view of the outside thereof, shown in an open condition;

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view thereof shown with the swing lock open;

FIG. 10 is a front elevational view of one alternative embodiment of a swing lock report cover with opaque backing shown in a closed condition and showing my new design, the swing lock being shown in broken lines to illustrate the design in condition of use and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 11 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 13 is left-side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 14 is a right-side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 15 is a rear elevational view thereof;

I claim the ornamental design for a swing lock report cover with opaque backing, as shown and described.
