FIG. 1 is a front view of a combined bottle and cap showing a first embodiment of my new design, the left, right, and back views being identical.

FIG. 2 is a top view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is a front view of a combined bottle and cap showing a second embodiment of my new design, the left, right, and back views being identical, and the only difference with the first embodiment being the appearance of the cap, which is frosted in the second embodiment; and,

FIG. 4 is a top view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 3.

The dashed lines in FIGS. 1 and 3 represent environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design. The bottom of the combined bottle and cap, and all other surface(s) or portion(s) of the combined bottle and cap not shown in the figures or otherwise described in the specification form no part of the claimed design.
