FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-section view of the cellular phone holder taken along a 7--7 shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is an enlarged cross-section view of the main part of the cellular phone holder taken along a line 8--8 shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is an enlarged cross-section view of the cellular phone holder taken along a line 9--9 shown in FIG. 5; and,

FIG. 10 is a perspective view of the cellular phone holder showing a condition wherein it is in use.
