FIG. 2 is a bottom rear perspective view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a front perspective view with hand held soft case for high tech electronic equipment such as a cell phone shown in dashed lines.

FIG. 4 is a top front perspective view of a second embodiment of my hand held soft case for high tech electronic equipment.

FIG. 5 is a bottom rear perspective view of the second embodiment; and,

FIG. 6 is a front perspective view of the second embodiment with cell phone in dashed lines.

Any dashed lines shown in the drawings is not part of the invention.
