FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is an inside elevational view in use as a compartmented organizer or valise attached to the rear of a vehicle seat; the broken lines showing the rear of a vehicle seat show how the invention is used, but forms no part of the claim;

FIG. 9 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 8;

FIG. 10 is a left side elevational view of FIG. 8;

FIG. 11 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 8;

FIG. 12 is a top plan view of FIG. 8; and,

FIG. 13 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 8.

The broken lines extending from the slide fastener in FIGS. 1, 4, 5, 6, & 10-13, for convenience of illustration, are understood to represent the array of fastener teeth which are partially shown in the same views.
